2、 Classification of sludge dewatering machines

2. Centrifugal sludge dewatering machine
The centrifugal dewatering machine is mainly composed of a transfer and a screw conveyor with a hollow shaft. After the sludge is sent into the rotating drum by the hollow shaft, it is immediately thrown into the hub cavity under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. The proportion of sludge particles is relatively high, resulting in a large centrifugal force that is thrown onto the inner wall of the hub, forming a solid layer; The water density is low, and the centrifugal force is also small, only producing a liquid layer inside the solid layer. The sludge in the solid layer is slowly pushed by the screw conveyor and transported to the cone end of the transfer machine. It is continuously discharged through the outlet around the transfer machine, while the liquid is discharged outside the transfer machine through the overflow of weir four, collected and discharged from the dewatering machine.
3. Plate and frame filter press sludge dewatering machine
The plate and frame filter press uses the compression of the plate and frame to discharge the water inside the sludge through the filter cloth, achieving the purpose of dewatering. It mainly consists of a concave filter plate, a frame, an automatic pneumatic closure system, a measuring plate suspension system, a filter plate vibration system, an air compression device, a filter cloth high-pressure flushing device, and a photoelectric protection device on one side of the machine body.
